Founded in 2016, OIA is an architecture and design studio based in Barcelona.

Our practice is focused on investigating what it means to inhabit, colonize, and transform spaces through architecture and design.

Each project presents new questions that we answer with a fresh and intuitive approach—we are continuously searching for the ideal solution that exists far from preconceived ideas.

Our fascination with materiality—the physical essence of what we have conceived—transforms the space and context of our projects.

Most importantly we design responsibly, with an understanding of the true implications and impact that our projects will have on the environment and their inhabitants.
